"I think the beautiful thing about being a baptist is that no matter who you are, a muslim, a jew..or just not a christian. It doesn’t matter if you are homosexual or anything else that breaks the norm, it doesn’t matter, you are always welcome to the baptist church.
We don’t judge, we are open and want to reach out and meet people from other religions and cultures. We don’t accept you for what you do, we accept you for WHO you are, “I AM”.
Remember, we are all God’s children and we are only humans, we have no right to hate, to judge.
Jesus said “follow me” but he didn’t say HOW we would follow him, it’s important to find our own way to God.
So fuck what everybody says of “how to read the bible” or “you can’t like them according to the bible” and shit.
Most of the time it’s people who never even felt the connection with God that tries to break you down.
No worry, God will defend you and himself.
